Forecast Details and Risks
Air Temperatures: Mid-to-upper 90s daily.
Heat Index Values: 102°F to 110°F during peak afternoon hours.
Duration: Ongoing through the weekend, with extreme heat lingering into next week.
Additional Hazards: Isolated afternoon and evening thunderstorms could bring gusty winds and heavy downpours.

Safety Guidelines
Drink plenty of water and stay in air-conditioned rooms.
Limit strenuous outdoor activities during the afternoon.
Check on elderly neighbors, children, and pets.
Never leave people or pets in a closed car.

Pre-Game Lexington vs WLHS Jamboree Tickets are on GoFan now for $9 for adults and $6 for students. Here's the link: https://gofan.co/event/5959398?schoolId=AL1319

All tickets at the gate will be $10. They accept cash and GoFan. GoFan will charge a $1 fee.

We will not have a pep rally today. When we have a pep rally, it will be listed in the Calendar of Events in the Wildcat Newsletter. Thank you!

Attention all Juniors and Seniors:
If you plan to co-op first or second semester or have a desire to co-op this school year, please complete the co-op paperwork sent to your email and return it to Counselor Watson by Monday, July 27. If you have questions, please contact Counselor Watson at Robert.Watson@lcsk12.org. Paper copies are available at the office. Stay tuned for an upcoming mandatory co-op meeting with the new Co-op Director.

Parking spaces will be available to purchase for $25 on the day you pick up your schedule. Every student who drives to school will need to purchase a parking space.
