West Limestone High School

On Tuesday, March 11, all 9th, 10th, & 11th graders will participate in ACT testing. We need everyone present, since these tests are used for a part of our State Report Card score. On this day, all 6th, 7th, 8th, & 12th grade students will have an E-Learning Day.

Happy Halloween! I hope everyone is having a great start to their Thursday! Please keep Mrs. Gibbs' husband, Paul, in your thoughts and prayers. He's been in the hospital for the last few days. All of the tests that have been run have looked good. He's having a stress test to rule out any heart issues. He is having more tests this morning. DeDe's car had a run-in with a deer earlier this week. She was pretty scared about it. She's been sore and not feeling well. She plans to be back on Friday. There is a lot of sickness going around. We have the 2 air purifiers running in the hallways. Thank you, Mrs. Adkins, for that idea! Thank you for lifting up our teammates! MT

Exemption Clarification: Exempted days are May 21, 22, & 23 only. Students are not exempted from Friday the 17th or Monday the 20th. If a student has an unexcused absence on Friday or Monday--even though he/she may have an exemption form, he/she will have to take semester exams.
