Tanner Elem:: Limestone County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay Tuesday, January 21, 2025. With these extremely cold temperatures, we want to remind our bus riders to bundle up while waiting at the bus stop. Dress in layers and wear hats, gloves, and scarves.

Due to the threat of winter weather, Limestone County Schools will be closed Friday, January 10, 2025. All extracurricular activities scheduled for the weekend are suspended as well. While school-issued devices are being sent home with students this afternoon, these will only be used if e-learning is necessary for early next week. We will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the weekend and will make another announcement Sunday evening if needed
Your child’s teacher will send home a letter today about the Child Safety Matters program, presented during group guidance starting Wednesday. Due to group size, it will take two Wednesdays to complete.
